It never fails: change is hard. Even when most everything goes well, it is hard. 

Any employer who has faced potential class-action wage-and-hour lawsuits knows what a headache they can be. 

 Money is either made or lost in the operations division of any company. It’s often the most overlooked area of the roofing business.

In my role as a manager of facilities housing roofing and other building materials, one of the biggest pain points I encounter is finding reliable and flexible contractors — contractors of all kinds, ironically, except for roofing contractors, who typically work for my landlords.
