Dena Elie is a 20 year veteran of sales and marketing. She began her professional career marketing technology services but made the leap to the residential roofing industry 15 years ago. Dena’s background in information technology gave he a unique perspective upon entry to the family roofing business. Her love for the down-to-earth business of roofing has become evident as she worked side by side with her husband to foster the growth of the family roofing company. Since 2012 Dena’s primary focus has been developing the tools and systems critical to the No Roof Left Behind national platform.

Jay Elie has been a licensed residential builder and owner of the premier residential roofing company in Suburban Detroit for over 20 years. Differentiating his company through consumer education and dependability, Jay has consistently generated upwards of 85% of new business via referrals to mid-level and high-end residential customers.
