Infinity Home Services adds Ken’s Parkhill Roofing, originally founded in the 1950s in Ohio, to its growing family of companies.

Infinity Home Services continues it rapid expansion with the acquisition of three roofing companies, one of which introduces it to an international clientele.

Residential and commercial roofing firms enjoyed a banner year in 2022, as reflected in RC's 2023 Top 100 List, including Tecta America and CentiMark Corporation, which each reported record revenues; other entrants made their presence known quickly courtesy of private equity, including Erie Home and Infinity Home Services.  

Flush with private equity cash, roofing and exterior services concern Infinity Home Services added two more regional roofing partners to its stable of brands, furthering its national reach.

Infinity Roofing & Siding is among the latest roofing companies to join the Stronghouse Solutions platform.

This is IHS’s fourth strategic acquisition since North Branch became the majority shareholder in September 2021.
