2019 Was? “Exceptional, we finally had come out of the 2008 crash,” said CEO Guy Bennallack. “We spent just over three years re-tooling and automating all of our systems and it’s really paid off. This has allowed us to produce more with less labor, which led to an increase of over 10% in earnings and a decrease in staff of just over 25%.” 

2020 Will Be?: “Until COVID-19, we were on pace to beat 2019 numbers by 18%, but we still feel an 8 to 10% increase can still be achieved. 2021 will be a different story,” he said. “With our CRM in full use now tracking leads and marketing are far more efficient, and this has allowed us to double our close ratio.”
