Roofing's peak season is underway, and it's no time to slow down the pipeline of new prospects and projects your team can close. Organizers of Top Rep recognize that and are inviting roofing contractors from across the country to get the "rush."
Top Rep Rush is a highly-intensive sales training event Aug. 23-24 at the Live! Casino and Hotel in Philadelphia. The event is designed by experts in roofing sales and geared to help sales reps and leaders prepare for the end-of-the-year sales cycle.
Led by veterans Chuck Thokey and Jim Johnson, Top Rep kicked off its series of high-performing sales training earlier this year in Atlanta.
Top Rep Rush is a hands-on training event broken into several sections where attendees will learn valuable content and sales tactics, followed by "dog fights" where they will apply what they've learned.
What is a dog fight? Attendees will be divided into smaller groups (about six to eight people) where they will practice giving their sales pitch and be anonymously rated by the other group members. Each dog fight is rated, and each rep receives a score. At the end of the event, reps will have completed several dog fights.
The rep with the highest cumulative score at the end of the event is named the TOP REP, and is awarded the championship belt. The Top Rep along with nine others (a "Top 10") will also receive black Top Rep shirts and will be welcomed back to all future Top Rep events free of charge.
During the dog fights, sales leaders and owners will be in breakout sessions where they will hear and learn from other industry leaders and sponsors.
"Although there is one Top Rep, everyone leaves this event armed with skills and knowledge to crush their sales goals," Thokey said.
Don't wait. Roofing contractors that book rooms and register by the end of July will receive $100 off registration. Find out more by clicking here.
