ATLANTA — Roofing Corp of America (RCA) announced the addition of WeatherShield Roofing & Sheet Metal of Aledo, Texas to its growing portfolio. WeatherShield represents RCA’s eighth acquisition since its inception two years ago, its fifth acquisition of 2022, and its first acquisition based in Texas.
WeatherShield Roofing & Sheet Metal was founded by Brandon Flowers in 2009 to service the Dallas/Fort Worth commercial and residential roofing markets. Through the years, the company has built a leading local position and has expanded to become one of the largest providers of emergency reroofing services for building owners navigating a large insured loss from hail, wind, rain, or fire. WeatherShield has developed a trusted service provider relationship with disaster restoration firms and large loss adjusters because of its rapid mobilization capability nationwide, and its unwavering commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
WeatherShield Roofing will operate as a stand-alone entity within Roofing Corp of America and will continue to be led by Flowers and the team that he has assembled.
“We have experienced tremendous growth over the last decade at WeatherShield," said Flowers. "I am so grateful for the dedication of our amazing team members and the loyalty of so many great clients. I am confident that both will quickly see the benefits of our affiliation with RCA.”
Randy Korach, CEO of Roofing Corp of America, said the company views the acquisition of WeatherShield Roofing as a demonstration of "the realization of our vision of becoming the Home for America’s Premier Roofing Contractor."
“We are excited to partner with Brandon and the entire WeatherShield Roofing team for continued growth in both its local position serving building owners, property managers, general contractors, and home builders in Dallas/Fort Worth and, its national position providing reroofing services in response to extreme weather or natural disasters," said Korach.
