Roofing Corp of America announced it had acquired New Orleans-based Roof Technologies Incorporated, marking the company’s entrance into the Louisiana market; RCA recently went through a divestment by Soundcore Capital Partners and was purchased by company CEO Randy Korach.
Roof-Tech is a full-service commercial roofing contractor and sheet metal fabrication shop. The Roof-Tech acquisition was initially announced last November and predated Soundcore’s divestment.
Roof-Tech, founded in 1991 by Bill Luebbert, will operate as a stand-alone entity within Roofing Corp of America and continue to be led by Luebbert, Vice President of Administration Manny Gutierez, and Vice President of Operations Nick LeBlanc.
“Over the last few years, Roofing Corp of America has built a market-leading enterprise through the acquisition of several of the industry’s most well-regarded companies,” Luebbert said. “We believe that Roof-Tech represents another terrific addition, and we are thrilled to be joining forces with RCA and our new sister companies.”
Randy Korach, CEO of Roofing Corp of America, said, “We are so excited to welcome Roof Technologies to the RCA family … We are grateful for the confidence placed in us by Bill Luebbert, an impressive and accomplished business and industry leader. His voice will be a welcome addition to our leadership room.”
