RAFTR Roofing + Exteriors has engaged the Atlanta-based public relations firm Trevelino/Keller to provide growth marketing, PR and creative services.  

Peak Roofing Partners, an Exuma Capital portfolio company, has appointed Bruce Bessire as chief operating officer; Bessire will report directly to founder Anthony Perera. 

Brightstar Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired Best Choice Roofing; the company has 85 locations across 24 states and reported $277 million in revenue in 2023. 

RAFTR Roofing + Exteriors appointed Matt Spanton as president of the Southeast region, where he will lead three brands across six states, bringing more than two decades of large loss claim project experience. 

Miramontes previously served as COO and CFO of Goettl Air Conditioning Services, a leader in the HVAC repair and replacement sector, before becoming CEO of Aligned Exteriors Group.

Saw Mill Capital Partners has launched RAFTR Roofing + Exteriors, a Duluth, Ga.-based provider specializing in insurance-claim roofing and exteriors.
