Private equity firm Garnett Station Partners launched FirstRidge Service Partners, a platform focused on roofing and exterior services, partnering with Ashton McGee Restoration Group of Minnesota as its first acquisition. 

Upstate Roofing, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year and has been led by President Bob Morgan since 2016, is RRA's first acquisition.
