Generational Equity facilitated the sale of Rogers Roofing, Inc., a Hammond, Ind.-based home roofing and remodeling company, to Vertex Service Partners, an Alpine Investors portfolio company; specific terms undisclosed, and the deal closed last April.

This will be the second company added to Omnia Exterior Solutions’ portfolio, which launched in June 2023 with a partnership with Hoffman Weber in Minneapolis. 

Northpoint Roofing Systems, a national roofing contractor portfolio concern, opened its newest location in Chattanooga, Tenn., and has offered potential customers free drone roof inspections.  

The new roofing platform will focus on residential reroofing, predominantly on insurance-claim demand.
